He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Andrews and Helen Andrews; and his siblings, Nick Andrews and Teri Sue Andrews. He is survived by: his wife Teri Andrews; his children, Shane Andrews (Jessica) and Shara Jackson (David); his grandchildren, Chase, Brooklyn, Cali, Ryleigh and Shelby; and his brother Rick Andrews. He is also survived by many in-laws, nieces & nephews.
