He was predeceased by: his parents, Louane Baccam and Chap Bacthi Baccam; his sister Ting Luu; his sister-in-law Loi Baccam; and his son Felix Baccam.
He is survived by: his daughter Nancy Baccam; his brothers, Khampheuy Baccam (Bounsoung), Viengthong Baccam, Khamphoui Baccam (Debbie), Khamphai Baccam and Khamphuy Baccam (Lavanh); and his brother-in-law David Tay Luu. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other extended family and many friends.
