She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Dale, Evelyn Downing, Cliff, Mary Christensen and Clinton Lane.
She is survived by: her significant other Craig Bowers; her parents, Paul Downing and Vickie Noack (Terry); her sister Kimberly; her brother-in-law Randy Davis; and her uncles, Dave Lane, Clint Lane and Jerry Andreasen. She is also survived by many cousins and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Neuroendocrine Tumor Research Foundation (NETRF) at netrf.org, in memory of Kristi Downing, to support the ongoing fight against cancer.
