He was predeceased by: his parents, Larry Curtis and Barbara Curtis (Humphreys); his grandparents, Bob, Mary Curtis, Richard and Ruth Humphreys; and his sister Julia Ann Curtis.
He is survived by: his pet Frankie; his sisters, Laura Fontana (Curtis) of Albia and Rebecca Stanek (Curtis) of Johnston; his uncle David Humphreys of Princeton; his children, Larry Curtis III of Des Moines and Jenna Hyle (Dalton) of Unionville, MO; and his grandchildren, Aleya Hyle and Alyah Hyle. He is also survived by his family and friends.
