He was predeceased by: his siblings, René Montalvo and Carmen Luisá Lopez; his uncles, Raymond Rivera and Tony Rivera; his grandmother Bartola Rivera; and his pet Sugar Marie.
He is survived by: his parents, Leon Lopez Sr. and Mary Montalvo (Rivera); his children, Dawn Pascale, Kenneth Pascale (Maureen), William Lopez (Abby), Carmen Lopez (Ryan) and Bradley Lopez (Tylee); his grandchildren, Ken, Jessica, Courtney, Sammi, Alaina, Shayla, Joe, JoNell, MaKayla (Tristen), Alex (Zoe), Hannah, Demetri, Brayden and Liam; his great grandchildren, Anastasia, Kaleb, Evangeline, Casey and Oliver; his sister MaryLee Montalvo (Mark); and his nieces, Rheannon Loffredo and Marisa Montalvo.
