It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lloyd C. Nail (Des Moines, Iowa), who passed away on July 26, 2024, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Nail and Ruby Nail (Greiner); and his siblings-in-law, Randy Willis, Joan Sutton and Doris Mielak.
He is survived by: his wife Vicki Mielak Nail; his son Matthew Nail (Jaclyn); his granddaughter Nora; his siblings, Shirley Kjellberg (Roger) and Karen Gibbs (Frank); and his siblings-in-law, Cindy Beattie (Bob) and Greg Mielak (Debbie). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Wounded Warriors, Doctors Without Borders or a charity of your choice.
