He was predeceased by: his parents, Merlyn Sulgrove and Jeane Sulgrove (Adrian). He is survived by: his brother Les Sulgrove; his nieces, Lindsay Foster (Matthew) of Hiawatha and Kelsay Johnson of Des Moines; and his nephew Jonathan Sulgrove (Meghan Stougard) of Des Moines.
