She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Perry and Opal Perry (Clemens); her husband Jerry Billings; her daughter Darla Moser; her brother-in-law Ronald Kochheiser; her daughter-in-law Angela Billings; her granddaughter Tina Billings; and her siblings, Glenn Perry (Joan), Daniel Perry (Denise) and Robert Perry.
She is survived by: her son Michael Billings; and her sister Dianna Kochheiser. She is also survived by six grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren.
