She was predeceased by: her father Hal Higgs; and her son-in-law Chris Sandmeier. She is survived by: her mother Trudie Van Ginkel Higgs; her husband Kim Burow; her children, Courtney Sandmeier, Allison Burow (Bill Frost) and Brandon Higgs-Burow (Leigh); her grandchildren, Andrew Burow, Grace Sandmeier, Jackson Sandmeier and Link Higgs-Burow; and her sisters, Julie Triplett (Charlie) and Kathie Sankey (Mike). She is also survived by nieces and nephews; cousins and treasured friends.
