He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Bagley and Lena Bagley; his wife RoseAnn Bagley; and his son Derrick Bagley. He is survived by: his children, Laura Madril (Joseph), Raetta Kern (Bill), Franklin Bagley (Ann) and MeLissa Holsinger (Danny). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Transformation Nazarene Church (1451 E 25th St, Des Moines, IA 50317).
