He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Marvin Sandin and Anna Belle Sandin (Gardner); his sister Joyrene Perkins (Doug); and his sibling's children, Matt Perkins, Laurene Foreman (Noah) and Mark Perkins (Cassi).
