He is survived by: his significant other Maria Gina; Velma Matchinsky (IA), Janice Tarrant (NC), Michael Matchinsky (MI), Lee Ann Kingery (IA), Steven Matchinsky (IA) and Jerri Matchinsky (ML). He is also survived by his daughters were legally adopted by their stepfather.
