He is survived by: his wife Shari Robinson; his children, Debbie Jacobson (Jerry), Brett Linn, Karie Van Houten (Marty) and Kathy Linn (Michael Pochop); his grandchildren, Jennifer Baker (Bryon), Stephanie Stockton (Jeff), Jay Jacobson (Tricia), Kylie Markey (Ben) and Kinsey Wanken (Nate); his great grandchildren, Carter, Logan, Jack, Hayley, Harper, Quinn, Reagan, Aiden, Blakely and Tayson; and his brothers, Ivan Linn and Ellis Linn (Johanna).
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Iles Westover Chapel (6337 Hickman Rd, Des Moines, IA 50322). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Grace Lutheran Church (5201 Urbandale Ave, Des Moines, IA 50310).
