He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Bartelt and Ruth Bartelt (Shafer). He is survived by: his daughter Amanda Hoffman (Scott); his grandchildren, Kaylee, Emma Hodnefield, Tristan and Tate Hoffman; his children, Blake Bartelt (Angelina) and Kasi Bartelt (Creedance Duncan); his grandchildren, Malakai Ardon and Vince Duncan; his son Walker Bartelt (Marissa); his grandchildren, Wilder and Ruthie; his siblings, Leslie Berry and Kelly Bartelt; and his nephews, Alex Berry (Bre) and Sean Berry.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be directed to the family in loving memory of Mike.
