He was predeceased by: his daughter Sara Comegys; his parents, Robert J. McCullough and Geraldine E. Clingenpeel; his stepfather Robert H. Clingenpeel; and his siblings, Brenda J. Shawhan, Robert J. McCullough and David A. McCullough.
He is survived by: his wife Lisa McCullough; his son David McCullough; his stepdaughter Melissa McClellan; his grandchildren, Rachel and Adam Long; and his sister Cindy McVey (Randy). He is also survived by other extended family and friends.
