He was predeceased by: his mother Cleoda Mikesch (McMahon); and his grandparents, Clayton, Helen Mikesch, Cletus and Christine McMahon.
He is survived by: his father William Mikesch; his brother Matthew (Heather); his niece Emily; and his nephews, Jacob and Clayton. He is also survived by numerous cousins, and a host of extended family and friends.
