He is survived by: his parents, Lance Okones and Tracy Okones (Bird) of Sigourney; his wife Sara Schmidt; his daughter Hazel of Des Moines; his siblings, Tasha Shaw (Michael) of Albia, Andrew Okones (Gabrielle) of Sigourney, Leasha Rasplicka (Tucker) of What Cheer and Teara Holt (Alex) of New Providence; and his grandparents, Lee and Glenda Okones of Sigourney. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
