It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Shawn Walters (Des Moines, Iowa), who passed away on August 14, 2025, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Walters and Susie Walters (Dublin). He is survived by: his significant other Tracey Klisares; his children, Paige Elliott (Dustin) and Ryan Walters (Ariel); his grandchildren, Kyler, Maesen and Lawrence; his siblings, Terrie Webb, Patrick Walters (Sandra) and Kimberly Broders (Kevin); and his former wife Dana Albright. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, August 21st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Sheridan Park United Methodist Church (4100 E Sheridan Ave, Des Moines, IA 50317).
