He is survived by: his children, Catherine DeLay of Monroe, LA and John DeLay (Hailey) of Russell, IA; his grandchildren, Lorelai Gray, Annalise Rose and Carter Johnathan; and his siblings, Diane Rosset (Philippe) of Versailles, France, Matt DeLay (Jackie) of Ames, IA and Mark DeLay of Hudson, WI. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
