She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Rizk and Lenore Rizk (Taylor); her brother Neil Rizk; and her nephew Mark Hodge. She is survived by: her nephew Mike Hodge (Dani). She is also survived by many great-nieces and nephews, and numerous cousins.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be directed to Animal Rescue League or Disabled American Veterans, Des Moines.
