Patricia Rubino Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on November 14, 2025, at the age of 97, Patricia Rubino (Des Moines, Iowa) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Patricia farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Patricia is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Posnecker and Hallie Posnecker; and her husband Michael. She is survived by: her daughters, Cynthia Hughes (Thomas) and Kathy Buntenbach (James). She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, and 5 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Animal Rescue League of Iowa.
