She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Fike and Iris Fike; her grandparents, Myrtle and Amos Larson; her husband Tom Holtz; her grandson Tommy Blue Miller; and her siblings, Mary Ann Gorball, Ruthie Larson and Roger Larson.
She is survived by: her former husband Gary Johnson; her children, Lisa Darrell (David), Garret Johnson and Heather Miller; her grandchildren, Allie, Caty, Victoria, Nick, Lauren, Austin, Gavin, Marion, Caitlin and Fallon; her great grandchildren, Quinn and Ozzie; and her siblings, Shirley Larson, Toni Barber, Jeri Widemer (Mark) and Jerry Larson (Tere). She is also survived by other extended family members and friends.
