He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Bradshaw and Opal Bradshaw (Eubanks); and his siblings, Kenneth, Merle, Dane, Keith, Robert, Paul, Sandra, Juanita and Leota.
He is survived by: his wife Ruby Johnson; his children, Todd Bradshaw (Tina), Terisa Brunning (Jay) and Tamra Sullivan (Michael); his sisters, Leona Audino, Patricia Sander and Sharon Menifee; his grandchildren, Daniele Thraen (Shelly), Justin Schlegel (Ashley), Chelsea Bradshaw, Eric Naragon (Laura), Nicholas Bradshaw (Ashlee), Jordan, Samuel and Claudia Sullivan; and his great grandchildren, Nevaeh Naragon (Daniele), Audri, Trenton, Hunter, Ayva Naragon (Eric), Marli and Silas Bradshaw (Nick). He is also survived by family including lots and lots of nephews, nieces and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, it is Perry's wish that any donations should be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital in his memory.
