He was predeceased by: his mother-in-law Saman Phoung; and his granddaughter Lea Phann. He is survived by: his wife Yann Chal; his children, Suphap Phann (Mary), Phoeun Phann (Nong), Sophay Phann (Monica), Sally Chal and Kelly Phann; his grandchildren, Tia, Khloey, Ashton, Layla, Max, Theo, Kyrie, Emilea, Keanu and Elijah; and his great grandchild Vera.
