He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Williams and Ruth Williams; his sisters, Joann Hoch and Elizabeth Hancock; and his son-in-law Mark Roudebush.
He is survived by: his wife Janice Williams; his children, Jill Roudebush, Phillip Williams Jr., Wendy Hamner (Mike) and Cindy Greif (David); and his grandchildren, John Steingrabe (Misty), Jessie Hummel, Matthew Roudebush (Mandy), Madi Tai (Faisal), Alli Verhorevoort (Luke), Claire Williams (Colton Rumley), Wesley Hammer, Morgan Hackett (Jay), Courtney Tonning (Cooper) and Afton Kidman (Jake). He is also survived by 18 great grandchildren; one great great grandchild; and numerous nieces and nephews.
