She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Walter and Linda Walter (Hansen); her husband Raymond Boo; her brother Roy Walter; and her daughter Carole Boo.
She is survived by: her daughters, Dr. Nancy Kramer (Wayne) and Patricia Romey (Russ); and her sister Patricia Beall. She is also survived by six grandchildren, six great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be directed to the Animal Rescue League in loving memory of Phyllis.
