We bid farewell to Phyllis Stegman (Des Moines, Iowa), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on October 2, 2025 at the age of 102. Phyllis touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Knouf and Hazel Knouf (Baker); her siblings, Bud Knouf and Arlene Macy; her daughter Shelley Pickering; her great grandchild Tristan Marlow; and her husband Tom Stegman.
She is survived by: her daughter Sheila Marlow (Jim); her grandchildren, Jamie Marlow (Stephany) and Troy Marlow (Julie); and her great grandchildren, Zacharie Marlow (Kristin), Valarie Marlow, Courtney Lloyd-Adams (Thomas) and Trinity Marlow. She is also survived by her four great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Hamilton's Southtown Funeral Home (5400 SW 9th St, Des Moines, IA 50315).
