He is survived by: his parents, Richard Andrews (Dick) and Maxine Andrews; his wife Teresa Dalton; his children, Anthony Andrews, Donna Andrews, Kirsten Andrews and Ashley Andrews; his brother Kenneth Andrews (Barbara) of Wisconsin; and his grandchildren, James Andrews and Nevaeh Dalton of Iowa. He is also survived by nieces, great nieces; nephews.
