He was predeceased by: his father Larry Eugene Ford; and his sister Kelly Rae Davis. He is survived by: his mother Karolyn Rae Cockayne; and his sisters, Sherry Davis (Steve), Kim Duede (Doug) and Chrissy Kuenkel (Mike). He is also survived by many family members, nieces, nephews and friends.
