He was predeceased by: his father Charles "Melvin" Lenze; his son Brandon Lenze; his sister Cindy Lenze-Wingfield; and his grandparents, Charles "Bill" and Coral Lenze.
He is survived by: his sons, Randall Lenze (Danielle) and Brian Wheelington (Nichole); his grandchildren, Hailey Lenze (Cael), Josh Janousek, Jude Lenze, Olivia Janousek, Austin Wheelington and Ashton Wheelington; his mother Mildred Kimbro (Kimbro); his sister Sheila Lister; his nieces and nephews, Heather Lenze, Tina Gordon, Stacie Lindsey, Bobby Wingfield and Rob Lindsey; and his cousins, Pat Bond (Nicki) and Teresa Nolan.
