He is survived by: his wife Julie Vannoy of Ottumwa, IA; his children, Stacy and Shay Vannoy; his grandchild Aria Vannoy; and his brother Gary Vannoy (Millie). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews.
