He is survived by: his siblings, Marsha Madison (Fowler) of Denver, CO, Noretta Wadsworth (Herman) of Des Moines, IA, Duane Fowler (Cheryll) of Des Moines, IA and Paul Fowler (Lucky) of Chino Hills, CA.; his children, Todd Fowler, Reginald Fowler Jr. (Terri), Garrett Fowler, Nakita Fowler and Shaunna Edwards; his son-in-law Woody Egland; and his grandchildren, Ashley Egland, Brittany Egland, Reginald Fowler III (Tre), Danielle Hebron, Santina Fowler and Xander Wilson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, family and friends.
