He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Andrews and Hazel Andrews; his son Randall Andrews; his granddaughter Stephanie Hart; and his sister Betty Jane Moore.

He is survived by: his wife Maxine Andrews; his son Kenneth Andrews (Barbara); his daughter-in-law Teresa Andrews; and his sister Beverly Packard (Charles). He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
