He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Evans and Ruth Evans; and his wife Bernadette Evans. He is survived by: his sisters, Mary Vandorn (Thomas) of Phoenix, Arizona and Kathryn Evans; and his nephew Phillip Herrmann.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Westown Parkway (3601 Westown Pkwy, West Des Moines, IA 50265).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to the family for North High School college scholarships.
