He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Hejda and Lorraine Hejda (Kehoe). He is survived by: his wife Catherine Hejda; his son Josef Hejda (Brittney); his grandchildren, Jude Josef and Aria Hejda; his brother Leo Hejda; his brothers-in-law, Richard "Dick" Thurm and Daniel Thurm of Don Jon; and his friends, Paul Pilatowski of Maricopa, AZ. and Mike Nelson of Maricopa, AZ.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
