He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Leroy Rice and Hazel June Rice (Anderson); his brother Leroy; and his great grandchild Alexis. He is survived by: his wife Sherri; his children, Nickole Brown (Dennis), Richard Rice, Brian Rice and Michelle Audas (Michael); and his brother Charles Rice.
