He was predeceased by: his parents, Terrell Salyers and Velma Salyers; his brother Larry; and his daughter Kelly. He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his son Ric (Carmen); and his grandchildren, Jacob (Holly), Jordan (T. J.) and Cade.
Memorial contributions may be directed to either Cystic Fibrosis Foundation or NAMI Iowa (National Alliance on Mental Illness) in memory of Richard.
