He was predeceased by: his father Robert E. Baker; and his brother Terry Baker. He is survived by: his mother Margaret Baker (Cunningham); his wife Sandy; his children, Amanda Payne (Chris) and Adam Baker; his grandson Christopher Payne Jr.; and his sisters, Carolyn Ogden and Franceine Urness.
