He is survived by: his wife Monica Brich; his brother Mike Slavik (Sharon); and his siblings-in-law, Pat Asmussen (Marc), Becki Brich (Larry Skrdla), Dick Brich and Randy Brich (Michele). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
