He is survived by: his father James Sullivan (Sharon); his children, Nick Sullivan (Kristie), Jennifer Sullivan (Brent) and Chris Sullivan (Jordan); his siblings, Alan Sullivan, Kelly Perkins (Bob), Rhonda Raymond (Jim), Frank Sullivan (Tammy) and Mary White (Tim); his grandchildren, Lily, Charlie and Harper; and the mother of his children Denise Sullivan.
