She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Norman and Zolla Norman; her daughter Sherry Hayworth; and her siblings, Marion Hayworth, Marjorie Harlan and Robert Norman.
She is survived by: her husband James Hayworth; her sons, Gary Hayworth (Terri) and Kelly Hayworth (Nancy); her grandchildren, Stephanie Daughton (Dave), Samantha Schaff (Shaun), Lucas Hayworth (Anjel), Adam Hayworth (Ashley), Caleb Hayworth, Jacob Hayworth and Michael Hayworth (Cassidy); her great grandchildren, Devin Brines (Jeals), Kristin Schaff, Elsa Schaff, Charlie Hayworth, Carter Hayworth, Liam Hayworth, Jaxon Hayworth, Evelynn Hayworth and Hayden Hayworth; and her sister Anita Randol (Don). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other extended family, and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, August 3rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Hamilton's Funeral Home (605 Lyon St, Des Moines, IA 50309). A funeral service will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
