He was predeceased by: his parents, Rachel Kilburn Klampe and Donald Klampe; his stepmother Nancy Klampe; and his brother Johnny. He is survived by: his children, Angela Flugum (Dan) of Albia, Aaron Klampe of Albia, Allison Morales (Ray) of Pella, Roderick Klampe (Destini) of Dumont and Shakiel Klampe of Carroll; and his siblings, Robert Klampe, Jim Klampe, Susan Welch (Ron), Laura Denny, Tracy Williams and Eddie Jutila. He is also survived by many grandchildren, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to his daughter Angela Flugum, through Sinnott's Funeral Home, 2030 Hwy 5, Albia, Iowa 52531, to assist with Rod's end of life expenses.
