He was predeceased by: his former wife Janice Dibble Hardman; his grandson Nate Weatherford; and his parents-in-law, Fay, Colette Dibble, Ralph, Charlotte Hillman, Bob Dibble, Ron Hillman and David Cue.
He is survived by: his wife Kim; his children, Jeff Hardman (Deb) of Reeseville, WI, Jodi Gedler (Mark), Benjamin Hardman and Christina Hardman (Trent) of Des Moines, IA; his grandchildren, Jaci Hardman (Ben), Madison Hardman (Ryan) and Elise Gedler; his siblings, Wes Hardman of De Soto, WI, Don Hardman of Knoxville, IA, Bob Hardman (Teri) of Knoxville, IA and Cindee Noe (Rich) of Marion, IA; and his parents-in-law, JIll Hillman, Sheila Cue, Julie Hendershott (Al), Marty Hillman (Connie), Dawn Johnson (Rich), Donna Dibble, Earl Dibble (Judy) and Jim Dibble (Becky). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other extended family and friends.
All memorial contributions may be donated to the family to go towards a church project that was near and dear to Roger's heart, St. Francis Primary School for the Able & Disabled where many children were abandoned by their families because of their disabilities.
