He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Cooper and June Cooper; and his wife Sharon Cooper. He is survived by: his children, Cephus Cooper-Payne (Lisa), Doris Lourance (Brian) of Troy, Missouri, Misty Todd (Dan) of Louisiana and Randy Cooper (Emily) of Ankeny; and his siblings, Denny Cooper (Melody) and Connie Boucher. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
