He is survived by: his wife Susan Evans-Perks; his children, Jessica Evans, Dustin Evans, Rebecca Perks and Curtis Perks (Carolyn); his grandchildren, Lauryn, Kaylei, Mason and Kora; his stepmother Myrna Perks; and his brother Richard Perks (Lesley). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
