He was predeceased by: his son Matt. He is survived by: his wife Ethel; his children, Roy Jr. (Nicole), Scott of Des Moines, Tony (Jennifer) of Rock Island, IL and Natalie Noble of Des Moines; and his siblings, Fred, Geno and Vicki Duff. He is also survived by many grandchildren, and many great-grandchildren.
