We are sad to announce that, on August 10, 2023, Sandra Besco (Des Moines, Iowa), born in Unionville, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John Burns and Jean Burns (Davis); her sister Phyllis Smith; and her brother-in-law John Eaton. She is survived by: her husband Clayton; her children, Toni Knight (Steve) and Justin Besco (Laurie); her grandchildren, Taylor Knight and Cory Knight; her sisters, Nancy Eaton and Jo Hunter (Terry); and her brother-in-law Dennis Smith. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
