He was predeceased by: his former wife Deanna Bergis. He is survived by: his wife Kay Bergis; his children, Stacey Bergis, Eric Bergis, Niki Spray and Tabby Glass (Kevin); his grandchildren, Skyler Bergis, Colby Glass (Summer), Tyler Vangundy (Rebecca), Savanna Spray and Corey Glass (Kassi); and his brother Maris Bergis. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.

“Saul Bergis will be missed. My fist time meeting him was back in 1973 when I started working at Meredith Printing. I was just learning the ropes there. Saul helped me out alot when were both on the same press. We became good work friends. Saul was funny and quick with the jokes. After about 10 years or so we worked side by side on the presses. The plant was going to be shut down. Saul Bergis , Paul Drew, and myself were on last remaining press in the plant. I will always remember Saul.”
