He was predeceased by: his parents, John Salz and Arlene Salz (Godfrey). He is survived by: his wife Jacki Salz; his children, Michael Salz (Aubrey), Thomas Salz (Rachel), Karen Kolb (Jason Brown) and Keith Kolb (Tina); his granddaughters, Autumn Salz, Lucy Kolb and Lily Brown; his brothers, David Salz (Linda), Brian Salz (Laurie) and Mark Salz (Terry); his nephew Jason Salz (Sarah); and his niece Heather Fine (Kyle).
