Sharon Brooks Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sharon Brooks (Des Moines, Iowa), who passed away on March 3, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Danny O'Brien and Margaret O'Brien (Grandstaff); her son Mark Brooks; her great grandchildren, David, Christopher and Nicholas; and her siblings, Dick O'Brien, Mike O'Brien and Connie Weiser.

She is survived by: her children, Jay Brooks (Penny), Tosha Brooks (Till) and Holly Fernandez (Robbie Williams); her brother Bill O'Brien (Mary); and her aunt Alice Marnin. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.

Memorial contributions may be directed to the family in loving memory of Sharon to assist with funeral expenses.
